Norton Wins :) August 25, 2007

In United States, there’s a great community around the schools. This includes football, soccer, baseball, basketball, cheerleaders and school bands. Everybody show up to watch the football games.

As you know, I play in Band, so I have to be there every Friday Night, because we are in charge of the entertaining in the halftime.  Some people told me in the Band, that Norton mostly sucks at playing Football, but that’s maybe going to change, because they’ve got a new coach.

Well, yesterday was the first game of the season, and the Norton Panthers played against the Chippewa Chips. Norton won by 27 to 0.

Now is the question. Has the Panthers really improved, or is it just the others that can’t figure out how to throw a ball. If you judge it by the name of the Chippewa, you have to retort to the last answer. You can’t seriously inspect anything big from a team called the Chips!

I guess I just have to wait to the next football game to find out if Norton’s as good as they start out to be….
